I really like how the hair just kinda flows the way it does. That always seems to be my biggest issue is finding a way to make the hair look decent.

Interesting headshot design. The linework is sketchy and has a nice funky flow to it. It's thin enough to let the colors pop out but not too thin. The face is very cartoony and the overly exggarated expression is humorous as well as appealing. The little details like the swirls in the eyes and hatching lines where the shadows creep up are nice as well. The hair just comes out as very bouncy and animated looking. Good use of fluid lines. The only thing that looks out of place is the little stray lines toward the outer edges of the page.
